AccessTime only uses technical and preference cookies, needed for the service to work or to remember what you choose. It does not use advertising or analytics cookies, whether its own or third-party; that is why you will not see a cookie banner.

AccessTime cookies

Cookie Type Duration Purpose

XSRF-TOKEN Technical While the session lasts Protect forms against CSRF attacks.
remember_web_… Technical Up to 400 days Only if you tick "Remember me" when logging in: keep the session in that browser. It is invalidated when you change your password or close your other sessions.
at_locale Preference 1 year Remember the language you chose.
at_theme Preference 1 year Remember the panel's light or dark mode.

Browser storage

  • at-sidebar-collapsed (local storage): remembers whether you collapsed the panel's side menu.
  • accesstime (IndexedDB): keeps on your device the clock-ins that have not reached the server yet (for example, when offline) to send them as soon as possible, without losing or duplicating any. It is emptied when synchronised.
  • at_kiosk_token (local storage): only on the tablets a company sets up as a clock-in kiosk; it identifies that company's kiosk.

None of this is used to track you across websites or shared with third parties.

Third-party services

  • Google reCAPTCHA protects the sign-up, login and password recovery forms against bots. When you use them, Google may set its own cookies and process browser technical data; see its policy at policies.google.com.
  • Stripe may use cookies on its own payment page when the company subscribes or manages its subscription.

How to manage them

You can delete or block cookies and storage from your browser settings. Technical cookies are essential to log in and use the panel; if you block IndexedDB, offline clock-ins cannot be stored on the device.
