How billing works

The first 3 months are a full trial with no card required. When you subscribe you enter your card and, if you still have trial days left, you pay nothing until they run out. After that, the annual subscription is calculated per active employee and adjusts automatically each month if your headcount changes. Everything is managed from the Stripe billing portal: invoices, card and cancellation.

Pricing questions

What counts as an "active person"?
Any non-archived user in your company. People who have left or been archived don't count towards your bill.
What happens when the trial ends without a subscription?
The account goes read-only: everything can be viewed and exported, but no one can clock in. As soon as you activate the subscription, everything goes back to normal. No data is deleted.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, from the billing portal. At the end of the paid period, the account switches to view-only mode and you keep your full history, ready to export.
Do the prices include VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. At checkout, Stripe automatically calculates the tax for your country and issues a full invoice.
Are there discounts for non-profits or education?
