Employee requests
Updated on October 18, 2026
Beyond clocking in and out, the panel lets you handle day-to-day matters without emails or paperwork: everything lives in the My requests section of the side menu, with three areas — Clock-in issues, Schedule changes and Remote work. The first two go through your manager or HR; remote work is logged instantly, with no approval needed.
Fixing a time entry: clock-in issues
Forgot to clock out, or the time came out wrong? Don't edit anything by hand: submit an issue and, if it's approved, the correction is applied automatically.
- Go to Clock-in issues → New issue.
- Choose the day of the affected entry (today or earlier, even months ago) and press Show that day’s clock-ins/outs: you will see the entries you have on that day.
- Pick the type and fill in what it asks for:
- I forgot to clock in / I forgot to clock out: don't choose any entry; just enter the missing time.
- Entry with the wrong time: choose that day's entry and enter the correct type (clock-in or clock-out) and time.
- Duplicate entry (void it): choose the extra entry; no time needed.
- Other reason: if you propose a type and time, they are applied when approved; if not, your disagreement is put on file without changing the record.
- Write a justification. Times are in your company's time zone.
Once your manager approves it:
- A forgotten entry creates the missing one; a wrong time corrects the entry you selected; a duplicate is voided (kept, marked, and no longer counted — never deleted).
- If the phone or the browser had saved that missing entry offline and it arrives after the approval, with a different time less than 5 minutes apart, the saved one counts: the added one is voided (still visible in My time record) and the issue says that entry was voided later.
- Other reason without a proposal changes nothing: it is recorded that you were proved right.
- If the entry came from the phone with a doubtful time (the phone clock changed between clocking and sending), the approver sets the real time and it is recorded that they did.
Every approved correction is stored in the audit log with the previous value, the new one, who approved it and your justification. That's what working-time record regulations require: history is never silently overwritten.
If nobody else manages you (you are the only administrator, even if there is HR: HR does not manage administrators), nobody else can approve your issues: the form asks you for a reason (at least 20 characters) and the issue is recorded in your name straight away, marked as having no other approver, visible to the workers' representatives and the Labour Inspectorate. Any you already have pending are recorded the same way from the list.
Whatever you request that is not applied (pending or rejected) appears in My time record as a disagreement, with the company's reason, and also in the Labour Inspectorate export.
You can track the status of each issue (pending, approved, rejected or withdrawn) on the same screen. While it is pending you can withdraw it with a reason (for example, if you sent it by mistake or the entry is already right): nothing is deleted and it is recorded as withdrawn. Requesting a schedule change
If you need to work a different schedule — for a few days or permanently — request it from Schedule changes → Request change:
- Choose one of the schedules already defined in your company (admins create them in Schedules).
- Set the scope:
- One-off: enter a start date and an end date.
- Permanent: start date only.
- The start date must be today or later, and add the reason.
Once approved, the new schedule is assigned to you for the requested dates and any overlapping assignments are trimmed automatically.
One-off changes revert on their own. If the change temporarily replaces your regular schedule, the day after the end date you automatically go back to your usual schedule — no second request is needed to "undo" the change.
As with clock-in issues, the list shows the status of each request and who resolved it.
Planning remote work days
If your company has remote work enabled (it's turned on in Company settings, along with the weekly limit), under Remote work you can mark the days you'll be working remotely:
- Pick the date (today or later) and click Log remote work.
- The screen shows how many days you've used this week and the maximum allowed ("This week: 2 of 3 remote work days").
- Change of plans? You can cancel any of your days that hasn't arrived yet.
Rules the platform applies when logging:
| Rule | What happens if it's not met |
|---|---|
| One entry per date | Warning: that date is already logged |
| Company weekly limit | Warning with the maximum days for that week |
| Today, only before your first clocking of the working day | Warning: you have already clocked today (or a clocking from today is under review), and today is not recorded as remote work |
| Remote work enabled | Logging isn't available |
The weekly limit is checked against the week of the chosen date, not the current week: you can plan several weeks ahead and each one respects its own quota.
Time entries of a working day marked as remote work are tagged as remote (a shift that runs past midnight counts as the working day it starts on), so reports and the presence view show who worked from home.
